Man.
I miss everything bout sec sch!
the people, the CCAs and the teachers.
Maybe the food.
In sec sch, i was in my comfort zone, being in Prefectorial Board and Band exposed me to alot of ppl.
The place i felt more at ease at, handling events in Prefectorial Board, representing the school in competition( though we hardly win any).
ANd how i can ever forget, all the camps held in EVSS.
i tink i stayed over in EVSS more than 5 times, and i tink 3 times BBQ in the school.
I still could rmb bbq-ing in the rain, tt was for our senior prefects.
heh.

I love my classes.
Lower sec class: we were very rowdy ppl,a perfect blend of chinese and muslims. AHAHA! thinking back, i tink we're pretty anmao, staying back in sch till LATE.
Dunno do what also!
How can i forget, doing the noticeboards? HAHA!
Upper sec class: Being in the best class has its pros and cons. The former, we got to work hard and play hard; we got the aircon classroom; we got awesome teachers.
And my upper sec school days were very much filled with joy and laughters, laughters that made me cried, jokes and stunts by the ben-han grp. Of cos, bitching around with Ms. Pay, always getting ourselves into trouble.

Secondary school days were havoc.
My attire was blacklisted by Mrs Malar, my prefect mistress.
To think I was in charge of spot-checking back then!
Also, reading annoucements during morning assembly, citing national pledge.
I still rmbered once, I Attempted reading annoucement off the annoucement book.
I started laughing into the mike, cos it was just so hilarious having eye contact looking at a sea of faces.
Oh man, that was so screwed up!

HEH.
trust me, i can go on and on about sec sch days.
I think its the most relax and enjoyable education journey for me.
But we shld not keep looking back, cos the future will be a better one!


I cant believe now I'm waiting for Uni.
Hah.
How time flies.
Sec sch days felt like weeks ago only.
How can 2 yrs fly so fast?
Well, I sure hope my Uni days would be fun-filled and full of corny and crappy ppl.
These ppl will def keep me sane, and my days in Uni a more memorable one!

i fell sick.

its been so long since i am actually sick.
those previous trips to clinics were to get MC.
but this time, I DONT WANT TO TAKE MEDICAL LEAVE ONE.
DAMN.
but i got sore throat (oooh, sexy voice) , cough, fever of 38.2 degree celsius and cold.
wad could be worse?

the bear came to fetch me ytd after work, supposed to do OT til 1930hrs, but my sup last min cancelled my OT, cos I tink she heard me coughing real bad.
Anyways, the bf brought me to see doctor.
Doc wanted to give me 2 days MC , but in view of Vesak DAY, there's no need for a MC till thurs.
Hehs.
HE also adv no exercise, rest alot and all the usual stuff.
So, the bear forbidded me to go out.

Good thing i've things to do at home.
I don't like staying at home!! EVER.
but i realised i've not been staying at home for a long time.
Home has become somewhat like a hotel for me: bathing, den sleep.
even my meals are settled outside home.
SO, i shall take this MC as a chance to rest at home ( Sth i've not did for a long long time).
Furthermore, my tuition has stopped for a while in view of the june sch holiday.
And during weekends, I need not go back to CDC for driving.
Man,
the feeling of having free time again is really liberating!
HEH.

Parents will be away in KL for 3 days to settle the condo we bought tt yrs back.
Screw their construction. so many problems and issues that have been dwelling since i was in sec sch days.
Meaning the car will be at home.
HAHAHA. sounds darn tempting man.
wish i could drive out, but i need them to teach me PARKING first!!!!!
if not even if i drive out, i dunno how to park!!
ughh!
tt time i tried to park vertical outside, my car took up 2 parking slots.
Song Lim suggested some ways to park.
One darn funny way was to get 4 passengers to stand around the slot like the poles.
den use them to gauge.
HAHAHAH.
its really a good idea man!
at least my car will have a lesser chance of hitting the car parked beside.

and i got penalised for moving too slow!!

i bet if i move too first, i get penalised for not keeping safe distance etc.
and CRAP.
all my instructors told me to change to 4th gear, once my speed hits 40.
in the end i got penalised 4 fricking points cos of the wrong usage of gear.
RAH!!!!

den my car rolled off a gradient outside circuit.
DAMN.
i was looking at these 2 guys on a bike.
den when it's time for me to move off, i STALLED and i rolled.
so much for an attempt at non-stalling.
BUT yay.
i only stalled once, and i din even do U-turn and E-brake.
same as ray.

WOOHOO!
i'm holding on to a manual license, which means i've got an international license.
wanna thank those who sent me their well-wishes!

also, when i went back work afterwhich, my colleagues were very happy for me.

but its quite saddening to see myself the only gal who passed out of the 6-7 gals who's taking the test at the same slot as me.

so i drove my family to ECP to have dinner.

it sure feels foreign driving an auto man.
and my parents' car is so much nicer, even the " interface".
the handbrake for our car is actually at the bottom.
unique huh.
well, guess i need more practise before i've the confidence to bring my frens out for a spin.
but my mum says i drive better den my da jie when she just started out.

my fren came to fetch me frm suntec to downtown east for our colleague's 21st bday party.
SIA LAR.
his bike is like harley davidson that size kinda bike.
its so spacious.
and zooming around in a bike is SO DARN FRICKIN COOLER DEN CAR.
its so cooling esp at night, and speeding past cars.
maybe i shld consider taking a class 2 license.

so, im tentatively holding on to two other ppls' place.
which means, i gotta get my arse down to accept ONE, or ppl who haven gotten their acceptance letters are stil panicky about it.
no worries!
i've accepted my choice alr.

Ytd when I reached home late from driving, I received a brown envelope from NTU.
I was thinking, why would they send me another mail again when they had alr sent one
previously to inform me of my acceptance.
SO, LO and BEHOLD.
hahah.
It was another invitation to their High Tea Session with the Dean of Nanyang School Of Business.
There's even a bus tour of the whole campus.
Ooh La La no. 2.

Comparing the two mails, I felt very amused.
Don't ask me why.
Maybe you guys shld read the letters yourselves to feel the amusement.
SO much for making their potential students feel special.


Anyways, Mother's Day coming this weekend.
Bought my presents last sat.
Costed me 200 plus bucks for both my grandma and mum.
Spent 300 plus in all, cos of some blouse i bought.
UGH!
I shall bend all my cards to prevent myself from spending.
Can you believe the 300 bucks was spent in an hr, while waiting for my fren?
Oh my hat.

Oh yes!
I had 2 driving sessions ytd.
COWS.
first manual den after auto.
could finally learnt how to park vertical nicely ytd, but my parallel was crap. though I din hit the poles .
haha. cos I got a big headache with the steering wheel.

As for auto.
It was pretty fun, cos its much much easier.
Just START and GO.
HAHA. so noob lar.
But need not care how the engine vibrate etc, cos it doesnt have a CLUTCH!
so, the driving was pretty smooth.
Learnt one part, whereby I gotta drive up the kerb and accelerate and brake just in time before I hit the pole.
That was darn fun can!!
HAHA.
Den, learnt to park with an auto car, and DAMN.
It's easier cos I only had to focus on the brake and poles and blind spots.
As for manual, there's always the clutch to take in consideration.
DEN DEN!
also learnt the kickdown thingy.
Instructor brought me to drive the eunos Flyerover!
OH MY HAT!
hahah.
den he told me to depress the accelerator ALL THE WAY.
hahaha.
Ooh La La no. 3.
somemore there was no cars at the time, so no obstruction.
One thing bout auto car is, it just keeps going on. UNLESS brake is depressed.
so kinda dangerous for manual drivers, or maybe it's just me, cos when i brake i use depress clutch and slight brake only, and i tend to release brake once the car is stationary.


Finally gonna exercise!
HAHA.
gonna play tennis.
Its been quite some time since I touched a tennis racquet.
Last time I learnt from my uncle, but it was getting nowhere.
This time, I shld jolly well learn it whole heartedly. hahaha.
Cos I needa pay for it.
AND AND.
I'll be learning with yx.

Lastly, my da jie is going Spain and Portugal for 2 weeks, not for work but holiday.

and i've def learnt alot more stuff other countries. like I din used to know so many countries their cities, i realised how shallow i was. Now, I'm less shallower.

I have tuition too. something I did to add on to my pay, cos I figured out that my expenses stemming from DHL pay alone is not enuff cos in the first few mths, I needed more to pay for my driving and other stuff.
But my dad is generous too, he still gives me my allowance even though I'm earning quite a sum.
BUT BUT, i gotta pay for my own transport and 2 handphone bills.
WAD A DRAG yes?
hahaha.
so now, i've finished paying for my driving,( which hopefully I'll pass on first attempt later this month, BY GOD'S GRACE! ), my dad is still giving me allowance. not to mention paid for all my BKK expenses, whereby I only paid for my accomodation.
I'm indeed thankful.
so back to the topic of tuition, rmb I mentioned I wanna quit soon?
the cambodian family just told me on my last lesson, that they want me back when Kith(the tutee, u know, tutor and tutee? HAHAHA) comes back from Cambodia in July.

yes, so its May alr, its gonna be another 20th, meaning 2yrs with the bear.
though all wasnt perfect,i can say that he's always on the giving end, okay larh, most of the time.
its pretty funny how we came together, combination of jc and poly. which is good, cos we wouldnt be bored of seeing each other in sch , shld we be in the same tertiary and we have diff topics to talk about, and making fun of each other.
the bear is a very good tempered one. he doesnt flare up and take things out on me even when he had many tight schedules to meet.
we make it a point to meet at least once a week, cos we are really busy now, as compared to the previous yrs.

and oh yes, my dad bought Birks from Taiwan, apparantly its so cheap there and they have nicer designs, like the price u buy online.
So now I know where else sells cheaper Birks.
and my mummy bought Bertula.

i tot nobody wld buy them.
